Brook Gratia is the President of Edgewater Tax Group and has over 25 years of experience assisting organizations in improving their financial processes and streamlining the preparation of financial reports. Brook has worked with KPMG and the Department of Defense to enhance business flow and efficiently prepare the Army's financial statements. She has also worked as the CFO of an international non-profit organization strategically positioning the multi-million dollar operations for growth.

Most recently, Brook has taken her financial expertise to small business owners to help alleviate the stress of financial uncertainty. Working with them to determine the best avenues for financial and personal growth.

Brook and her better half live in Indianapolis with their two high energy boys. She enjoys a good hike, a well written book, and experiencing all the joys traveling to different places entails.

Paul McCoy is a seasoned business achiever with a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years. His journey began as a mechanical engineer but quickly evolved into a multifaceted career. He's tackled everything from engineering conceptual designs to spearheading greenfield industrial sites for aerospace components. Paul's expertise extends to business improvement initiatives and expanding markets globally for naval marine products.

Beyond the corporate world, Paul is on a mission to empower small businesses. He focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, enriching the lives of business owners, and boosting the bottom line. His "four pillars" approach, emphasizing people, process, profits, and perspective, guides his work. As a certified Business and Executive Coach and a Certified Innermetrix Consultant, Paul brings practical solutions to his clients. He is also a Mental Performance Master, bridging the gap between sports and business, recognizing the importance of mental performance in both arenas. Furthermore, Paul is deeply involved in his community, serving as the board treasurer for Communities in Schools of Indiana and coaching with the Zionsville High School Rugby Club.

His journey through various pivotal roles, including Client Liaison, Payroll Operations Manager, and Director of Business Development, has been marked by his ability to consistently create effective messaging, pipelines, and processes that propel multimillion-dollar companies to new heights.

Zach's passion to make a difference extends beyond the business world, where he sits on the Board of Directors for The Center for Victim and Human Rights.
